VÁR-CAMPING, Sirok
Sirok is situated at the eastern border of Mátra, at the limits of the hills stretching towards Bükk. Visitors can enjoy their rest and tours in a wonderful, undisturbed forest environment.
The VÁR-CAMPING is a cozy, peaceful camp-site, with beautiful view - in the immediate vicinity of the Sirok Castle. Our chalets (with 2-3-4-5-6 bed versions) sleep 45 (with additional beds 48) persons.
Guests arriving at the campsite with a tent and a caravan are also welcome. More than 200 tent places and RV parking. They are provided with electricity.
Access to electricity is provided for guests arriving with tents and trailers.
Hygiene: Altogether 8 toilets, 8 showers and 8 washbasins are available in the ladies’, children’s and men’s units.
You can cook here: there is an open kitchen with canopy at the side of the building accommodating the restrooms. It features stoves, sinks, microwaves, fridges and a washer. We even give you a few pots and pens. You can use our fireplaces for kettle-cooking and open-fire-roasting. You can choose from a variety of our kettles and a barbecue stand.
Our restaurant on the terrace allows for 50 people to eat comfortably. We offer food for every time of the day, from breakfast to dinner. Opening hours: 7:00 - 19:00, or until needed.
You can park your car on our site; buses can stop next to the camping, in our area.
For events (Stag parties, birthdays, weddings...) we provide further items (for example tents).

A deposit is required when booking. Individual guest deposit is 30% of the total booking fee,
groups have an advance payment of 30% of the accommodation fee.

Cancellation policy:
Accommodation (+ any food, other services) to use when receiving resign within 8 days, 50% penalty will be added, so if the cancellation is made within 8 days prior to arrival, so half of the total price of the service to be paid. If canceled prior to arrival or on the day of arrival, the penalty is 100%, so the full cost of the service to be paid. The cancellation policy for individual guests and groups equally valid. The advances have been delivered implies the acceptance of the cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding.
